Yesterday : Miki BIASION / Tiziano SIVIERO - Rallye Sanremo 1989
All factory Delta Integrales from 1987 to 1992 had in common their white livery with the Martini logos, which changed from year to year. There was only one exception to this rule. For the 1989 Sanremo Rally, on the occasion of the debut of the 16-valve version, the basic color of the cars was red instead of white. This new design was only used once. Miki BIASION won the event in his red Integrale with only 5 seconds ahead of Alex Fiorio while the second red car driven by Didier Auriol quickly joined the list of retirements following an accident.
Frantz PARIS presents his car to us for the second time in this rare configuration.
